Yin to Sleep - weekly online class
Starting 7th October | Tuesdays 8–9 PM UK time
A quiet space to unwind, soften, and prepare for sleep.
Each session includes supported Yin shapes, gentle breath, and softening practices to help your body release the day and your nervous system balance.
This class is for anyone who wants to pause and prepare for sleep — No need to perform. No need to speak. Just come as you are and recieve!
Cameras optional. Cosy clothes encouraged. You’re welcome to join live or catch the replay.
